This model has 3 colors:

1、Pearlescent White (most recommended, closest to real shells)

2、Silk White (texture like silk, more elegant) 

3、Colorful White (a little transparent, emitting colorful pearlescent light, this one is difficult to make,The defective rate is relatively high, we cannot produce on a large scale,  so the price will be a little more expensive, hope you guys understand)

Items bought from our online store can not be returned in a retail or concept store.

All items have to be unused with labels intact.

Note that we do not offer free returns. Please use a shipping company of your choice to return your item(s). If you are sending your return from a country outside of the EU, please ensure that you fill out the customs declaration correctly and be aware that we will not pay for any customs clearance fees in order to receive the return. If the package can't be cleared by customs it will be returned to you. For sustainability reasons, we do not offer free shipping on returns.

Your return will be processed within 21 business days from the day your parcel was delivered back to us. You will then receive an email saying you can expect your refund within 1-3 bank days. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

Can I return my hair clips, scrunchies, hair ties, or other hair accessories?
Yes,If there is any quality problem with the product, we will provide free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
It is worth noting that if it is the customer's own fault, such as not liking it, not suitable, etc., the customer will have to bear the return fee.
